What to expect:

You’ll be joining the Business Development team, where you’ll help us recruit new customers & develop strong relationships with them. In other words, you will contribute in developing profitable growth for our business.

To do so you will:

  • Assist the Business development team in the day-to-day generation & managements of leads: identifying new contacts in the identified and targeted companies, initiating contact & maintaining the relationship until the lead is fully onboarded to our methodology & tools.
  • Handle incoming briefs from new contacts & translate their business questions into tailored & attractive project proposals
  • Participate in events throughout the year
  • Develop & expand our portfolio of French & International customers in with our forecasted objectives.
  • Update CRM
  • Provide ongoing feedback & support improvement of internal processes

After an onboarding period during the first few months, you will be autonomous in the generation & management of new leads. You will effectively manage projects, working closely with internal stakeholders and clients.

Your profile:

Here at Dynvibe, we value individuality & diversity and we’re not big on evaluating people based solely on their university or their ‘extensive experience within the same industry’. We tend to focus on strong relationship building skills, curiosity & willingness to ‘be surprised’, a desire to learn & contribute, a ‘hands-on’ attitude & an empathetic mindset.

Nevertheless, to flourish here, some intrinsic qualities are required:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing or consulting, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • You are service-minded and have a good ear when it comes to identifying & understanding customer needs & objectives
  • You’re a self-starter demonstrating a creative & positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • You’re fluent in English and French and have excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • You have a strong appetite for teamwork: from the way the company is structured (squads) to the way each project is carried out, we promote collaboration at every level to rely on our team members’ personal strengths.
  • You’re empathetic, open-minded and fundamentally you like building relationships
  • You’re organized and have a sense for detail. @Dynvibe we take pride in always delivering the best possible quality to our customers.
  • An experience with Excel & a CRM tool would be a plus
